Clean, comfortable bed, great air conditioning!

Breakfast very good.

I was utterly appalled by the state of my room. The air conditioning was not functional, and I found dirt in the vents. To add insult to injury, there were insects buzzing around the clogged sink, and I encountered dead flies and ants on the floor. This is unacceptable for a place that claims to provide a comfortable stay. The management needs to take their responsibilities seriously!

The fitness room was well-equipped and the swimming pool provided a great escape for relaxation. The only slight letdown was the room's lighting, which could be brighter. The service was just astounding—chommie at reception sorted me out with an early taxi and a brekkie pack for my flight. Plus, the views from my room were lekker. Managed to chill by the boardwalk, such a vibe!

Nothing it was perfect

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room. The room was clean and quiet, which was nice after a long flight. The bathroom was decent-sized. it took a while for the hot water to kick in. The biggest downside was the air conditioning. it was a bit too warm, and the room had only a thick duvet, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

the location is beautifully serene, nestled among lush greenery and close to the beach, perfect for unwinding. the staff are super friendly and housekeeping was attentive, ensuring everything was spotless. the breakfast had decent choices with some fresh options!

The rooms are quite cozy, and I really enjoyed soaking in the peaceful garden views. Our teens loved the swimming pool and gym, and exploring nearby Pulau Ubin was a delightful adventure that we truly relished together as a family.

The Standard Twin Room was really cozy with a nice view. Amenities included a powerful shower, tea and coffee maker, and even a minibar. The breakfast had Malaysian chicken curry and fresh fruit. Plenty of pastries. Loved the complimentary access to the nearby beach club with an Olympic-sized pool just a short walk away.
